GLP has begun construction of a warehouse centre in Stary Konik, located directly on the eastern border of Warsaw. The approximately 37,000 sq m facility will be equipped with environmentally friendly solutions that will lead to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions during the building's exploitation. GLP Warsaw VI Logistics Centre will become the most energy-efficient building in GLP's portfolio in Poland.
GLP has purchased a 37,600 sq m warehouse centre in Janki near Warsaw. From now on, the property operates under the name GLP Warsaw VII Logistics Centre.
DIMAX Int. Poland, which specialises as the exclusive importer and representative of the German brand Könner & Söhnen in the field of power generators and garden machinery, is moving its headquarters to a new distribution centre, Panattoni Park Pruszków V (Ulma). The entire investment comprises 3,400 square metres of warehouse and office space, which means it occupies the last available module at this location near Warsaw.
Another milestone in LCube's investment catalogue will soon become a reality. LCube, has been given the green light to build a new industrial and warehouse park in Mszczonów.

Panattoni, has received a €27.5 million loan to finance Action's distribution center in Zakroczym. The facility, developed in the BTS (build-to-suit) formula, will serve the chain's 160 stores and employ about 300 people.
AST Supplies has leased over 1,300 sq m of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Janki III. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield experts.
