Frigo Logistics is a logistics operator of deep-frozen products, which currently has ten locations. Frigo Logistics' comprehensive logistics services include receiving goods, storage, picking, co-packing, release, transportation and distribution. The new distribution center in Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki will be the company's flagship investment and will allow it to expand its operations.
The investment is being carried out by Kajima Poland. The planned completion date for the first phase is October 2024.
The warehouse complex in Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki will be equipped with advanced automation solutions. It will offer 21 thousand pallet spaces. At first, in October 2024, a distribution section with 6 thousand pallet spaces will be handed over. In the second phase, by the end of the same year, a fully automated high-bay warehouse with 15 thousand pallet spaces will be built.
„Frigo Logistics' investment is a very interesting project especially from a technological point of view. The construction of a refrigerated warehouse is a complex process, much more demanding than classic warehouse or production halls. We are pleased that Frigo Logistics has entrusted Kajima Poland with the realization of another project, and we believe that our experience will allow us to complete the investment on time,” – said Maciej Runkiewicz, president of Kajima Poland.
Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki, located near Warsaw, will increase the operator's logistics capabilities in central Poland. This is Frigo Logistics' eleventh location in the country, and the company also plans to expand the facility in Żnin to meet the growing needs of the market.

GLP has begun construction of a warehouse centre in Stary Konik, located directly on the eastern border of Warsaw. The approximately 37,000 sq m facility will be equipped with environmentally friendly solutions that will lead to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions during the building's exploitation. GLP Warsaw VI Logistics Centre will become the most energy-efficient building in GLP's portfolio in Poland.
