Konrad Jacewicz


Konrad is a Associate in the Industrial & Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.

He is responsible for warehouse and industrial space leasing, cooperation with developers and tenants, client consultancy and supervision over projects in southern Poland with a key focuson Upper Silesia, Kraków and Rzeszów.

Konrad has gained professional experience with MLP Group S.A. as a Development Manager with responsibility for warehouse space in Poznań and Wrocław. Previously, at Cushman & Wakefield, he was responsible for the markets of Lower and Upper Silesia, and worked as a real estate agent at real estate agency Maxon Sp. z o.o.

He is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University and the University of Economics in Poznań, where he completed postgraduate studies in real estate brokerage, property appraisal and property management. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

How best to organise a warehouse for e-commerce?

E-commerce warehouses tend to feature sizable handling zones where goods like for example clothes, are checked, packed and labelled following the addition of leaflets, samples and invoices to parcels.
