Konrad is a Associate in the Industrial & Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.

He is responsible for leasing industrial space, maintaining relationships with developers and tenants, advising clients and supervising projects underway in Southern Poland. His responsibilities include a wide range of duties, such as coordinating the preparation of technical specifications, working with clients to develop production processes in future buildings, coordinating tenders for tailored buildings, and negotiating commercial and technical aspects between the developer and tenant.

Konrad gained professional experience at MLP Group S.A. as a Development Manager responsible for warehouse space in Poznan and Wroclaw. Earlier, at Cushman & Wakefield he was responsible for the markets of Lower and Upper Silesia, while at the real estate agency Maxon he was responsible for the market of Warsaw and its surroundings.

Currently, together with his Team responsible for Southern Poland, Konrad serves as a key specialist at Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for the Opole, Upper Silesia, Krakow and Rzeszow regions. Together they work to deliver high quality services to clients in these regions.

Tezeusz.pl leases a new warehouse in Skawina

Antykwariat i Księgarnia Tezeusz, Poland’s leader in the re-commerce book market with nearly a million books on offer, has leased over 4,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at MDC² Park Kraków South. Tezeusz will relocate from its existing warehouses in Lubień and Tenczyn as part of its preparation for international expansion. The company was advised on the location selection and lease negotiations by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Silesia is a mine of business and warehouses – Cushman & Wakefield releases a new regional report

Very diverse demand patterns, a strategic location near key foreign markets, well-developed infrastructure and a large consumer market of 4.5 million people – the list of factors driving investors to invest capital in Silesia is long indeed. This is best illustrated by an overview of the Silesian warehouse and industrial market contained in Mines of Business, the latest report from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. Of all Polish regions, Silesia saw the highest level of new warehouse completions in 2021-2023, outdistancing the runner-up Mazovia by almost 10%. It is also ahead of other leading CEE locations and has an appetite for more, reveals the report.
