The tenant roster of the MLP Czeladź logistics center will be expanded by Dorel Poland. The owner of the Maxi-Cosi brand, offering car seats and strollers, has leased a total of just over 3,500 sqm of modern space, with more than 3,200 sqm dedicated to warehouse use. The remaining 280 sqm will be designated for modern social and office facilities. According to the agreement, the tenant will be able to use the dedicated spaces starting from December this year. The transaction was facilitated by the Cushman & Wakefield agency.

MLP Czeladź is a modern logistics center currently under construction, which, upon completion, will consist of four Class A buildings offering a total of 68,332 sqm of warehouse and production space. The investment is being developed on a 15.5-hectare plot of land.
MLP Czeladź is a park particularly attractive to clients due to its excellent location near major roads. The park is well connected to the junction linking the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway, and is also in close proximity to the S86 expressway connecting Łódź with Tychy.
