Tezeusz.pl continues to expand its offering, consistently transforming its bookstore into a multi-format marketplace that includes new and second-hand paper books and digital formats. The company is also planning to undertake large-scale digitalisation of its book collections in 2025. To accommodate this growth, it decided to relocate to a new warehouse.
“We are relocating our operations to MDC² Park Kraków South to better meet the rising expectations of our customers and to ensure the highest service quality. As a re-commerce platform, we are facing growing logistical challenges: we have to not only swiftly process millions of second-hand books each year and provide space for expanding our own offering of new books, but also to fulfil orders to the highest standards our customers have come to expect. The new location enables us to manage these processes efficiently, supports our sustainability goals and serves as a springboard for expansion into international markets,” says Mateusz Cichoń, Chief Operational Officer, Tezeusz.pl.
Cushman & Wakefield was instructed to develop a long-term lease strategy and to select and submit offers meeting the needs of Tezeusz.pl.
“The relocation to the new warehouse space will enable AiK Tezeusz to significantly enhance the quality of its logistical processes, thereby further improving customer satisfaction. Benefiting from its prime location, MDC² Park Kraków South will facilitate seamless distribution across Poland and international markets. Additionally, the logistics centre has been BREEAM New Construction certified, providing a guarantee of its sustainability. With ESG considerations in supply chains now a priority for the entire market, tenants increasingly choose to sign leases primarily with developers that develop projects to the highest standards. We are delighted that we were able to support AiK Tezeusz in taking an another major step in its dynamic growth,” says Konrad Jacewicz, Associate, Industrial & Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
