According to data from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, a third of Poland’s approximately 33 million sqm of industrial stock was built in the last three years, with half of it less than five years old. E-commerce będzie rósł, również w Polsce

Jak wynika z danych Globaldata, sprzedaż detaliczna online w całej Europie pomiędzy 2022 a 2027 rokiem ma wzrosnąć aż o 42%. Z kolei jak szacuje Cushman & Wakefield w raporcie „City Logistics”, aż 60% z 676 mld EUR zakupów internetowych w 2027 roku w całej Europie, czyli 407 mld EUR, zostanie dostarczonych w formie paczek, bezpośrednio do konsumentów lub do punktów odbioru. Tak pozytywne prognozy to duża szansa na kolejne przyspieszenie w rozwoju logistyki miejskiej, również w Polsce. Według prognoz rynek e-commerce w naszym kraju ma urosnąć do 2027 roku o 38%, wyprzedzając pod względem skali wzrostu Belgię, Holandię, czy Austrię, a sprzedaż przez internet osiągnie wartość ponad 24 mld EUR.
