Gruppo Sigel Poland has leased nearly 3,700 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in REINO IO Park Sosnowiec. The tenant was advised by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield for the search for the new location and during the lease negotiations and strategy development.

It is also ahead of other leading CEE locations and has an appetite for more, reveals the report.
