GLP has completed the construction of the largest immediately available warehouse and production facility in Lower Silesia. The new facility, covering 67,000 sqm and located in Magnice near Wrocław, is now ready for occupancy.
This latest development marks the final phase of the GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre project and has achieved a BREEAM “Outstanding” certification – the highest possible rating. The facility incorporates a wide range of modern and eco-friendly solutions, including energy-efficient LED lighting, smart metering systems, and enhanced thermal insulation. Office areas are equipped with air quality monitoring systems, and all interior finishing materials hold Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certifications.
Direct Access to Major Transport Routes and Public Transit
Strategically located near the S8 expressway junction "Kobierzyce," the facility offers excellent connectivity to Wrocław and major national and international routes, including the A4 and A8 motorways and the S3 and S5 expressways. Employees benefit from convenient access via over 120 buses and trains running daily to Wrocław, surrounding towns, Świdnica, and Wałbrzych.
High Technical Standards for Demanding Tenants
Designed to support both logistics operations and light manufacturing, the facility features a clear height of 12 meters and a floor load capacity of 10 tons per sqm. These specifications allow for safe high-bay storage, installation of production lines, and deployment of warehouse automation systems. Additionally, industrial tenants will benefit from access to substantial power capacity.
GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre also stands out for its excellent natural lighting — skylights cover 12.5% of the roof area, enhancing working conditions and reducing the need for artificial lighting.
