Mateusz holds the position of Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Department at Cushman & Wakefield.

He is responsible for client representation in the process of searching for and leasing warehouse and production spaces in southern Poland. He maintains relationships with developers and tenants, actively advises clients, and oversees projects conducted in this region.

His expertise encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including coordinating the preparation of technical specifications, collaborating with clients to design and optimize processes in future buildings, managing tenders for build-to-suit facilities, and negotiating commercial and technical aspects between developers and tenants.

Mateusz gained professional experience at CBRE, where he supported clients in searching for industrial spaces in the Upper Silesia region. Later, as Leasing Director at 7R S.A. and LemonTree, he was responsible for projects implemented in Upper Silesia and southern Poland.

Now, as part of the team overseeing the Opole, Upper Silesia, Kraków, and Rzeszów regions, Mateusz brings his expertise and developer-side experience to provide high-quality Cushman & Wakefield services in the industrial real estate sector.
