Hillwood and PHN - steps towards a new investment

Contents

Hillwood Polska and Polski Holding Nieruchomości are working on creating a joint entity that will be responsible for the development of a new investment in Zgorzelec. The companies are waiting for a decision from the president of UOKiK (Office of Competition and Consumer Protection).

The SPV will be established under a joint venture agreement signed in 2022 and will consist of EU Industrial Club IV and Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN). The logistics park in Zgorzelec represents another joint project between PHN and Hillwood. Previous cooperation included warehouse projects in Parzniew and Świebodzin.

The planned investment in Zgorzelec will comprise four buildings with a total area of approximately 220,000 sqm. The logistics park will be distinguished by its strategic location - just off the A4 motorway exit and two kilometres from the Polish-German border.
