GFC Complex Solutions sp. z o.o., owner of the SKROPAK brand, has leased 3,200 sqm of modern warehouse and production space at Kotarba Invest’s development in Gajków. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield provided comprehensive advice during the leasing process.

GFC Complex Solutions, which owns the SKROPAK brand, is a specialist producer of eco-friendly, plant starch-based packaging fillers. With its innovative solutions and sustainable approach, it supports companies in meeting environmental goals by offering biodegradable and compostable alternatives to traditional packaging materials.

 “Our company was seeking new production space for SKROPAK. Before relocating to the facility within Kotarba Invest’s development in Gajków, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the market, costs and labour availability. We chose to partner with Kotarba Invest in Gajków due to its high construction standards, state-of-the-art technological solutions, flexibility in space customisation, as well as an option to expand in the future,” says Piotr Żółtogórski, Vice-President, GFC Complex Solutions.
