Key contacts

Wrocław is a leading centre in the field of economy, technology and culture and one of the fastest growing cities in Poland. The convenient location between the three capitals - Warsaw, Berlin and Prague - allows to reach each of these cities within 4 hours by car. With excellent infrastructure, modern highways, a constantly developing airport and excellent rail connections, the city is perfectly connected to the whole of Europe.

Cushman & Wakefield's office is located in one of the highest buildings in Poland, as well as one of the city symbols - Sky Tower. The building is a kind of "gateway" to the city centre and is located within the so-called "South Centre", currently revitalized part of the Krzyki district, at the main communication artery of this part of the city - Powstańców Śląskich Street.

The distance to the Wrocław market is only 2 km, and to the A4 junction is 6 km.
