Prologis Park Dabrowa is strategically located modern distribution centre comprising ten warehouses with office units totaling 144,000 sq m. Park was developed on the post-industrial grounds which infrastructure was revitalized to meet the requirements of warehouse and production needs. Another asset of the park is its own rail siding that connects the park with broad railway network enabling access to Warsaw-Katowice route and to nearby terminal of Broad Gauge Metallurgy Line in Slawkow.

Prologis Park Dabrowa is located in Dabrowa Gornicza that is part of Upper Silesia conurbation. Park is adjacent to S1 expressway / European route E75 (Torun-Lodz-Katowice). The S1 expressway enables good connection with the A4 motorway / European route E40 (Wroclaw-Katowice-Cracow) and the national road no. 94 (Wroclaw-Cracow).
