Developer 7R completed the construction of its newest warehouse located near Kraków-Balice airport. The facility is already 70% leased. One of the first tenants is the veterinary and zoological wholesaler Eskulap.

Location in the developing Kraków market

7R City Flex Kraków Airport I is located in a strategic location - 500 metres from Kraków-Balice Airport and 9 kilometres from the city centre. In addition, the park is 700 metres from the A4 motorway and 1 kilometre from the S52 motorway. Such a location and the dynamically developing Kraków market are an advantage for potential customers.

- Amidst the growing logistics scene in Krakow, we have observed the increasing appeal of the Balice Airport location for enterprises seeking modern spaces with unique features. Quick access to air transport and the highway makes entrepreneurs from the e-commerce, automotive, and distribution industries see excellent conditions for the development of their business. The new 7R warehouse complements the offer of Krakow's industrial and logistics space market. Our goal is to flexibly adapt to the different needs of our customers. ESG meets biodiversity

In line with its sustainable development strategy, 7R's new investment project is currently in the process of obtaining a BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level. In the 7R City Flex Kraków Airport I facility, various ecological solutions have been introduced, such as photovoltaic panels, an innovative central heating system in the offices based on VRV technology, reinforced insulation of the hall's external walls and LED lighting with the DALI system, allowing for dynamic adjustment of brightness to individual users' needs. In addition, charging stations for electric cars, a bicycle service station and a well-being area for employees have been installed on the site.

Additionally, 7R has taken care of biodiversity by taking measures to reduce CO2 emissions and water retention. On the project site trees, melliferous shrubs, perennials and native grasses were planted. Areas with flower meadows, landscape lawns and mineral paving were also created.
