Maxcess, a company specialising in innovative products and services for automated production line applications, is embarking on a new phase of its growth. The company has partnered with Panattoni to establish a new production facility in Łubów, Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.

Laying of the foundation stone

The official laying of the foundation stone for the investment took place on 16 October 2023. The project is taking place in an emerging economic zone and is expected to be completed by the end of February 2024.

Large-scale collaboration for new production facility

As part of this collaboration, Panattoni's BTS division has committed to developing a new manufacturing facility of approximately 13,000 sq m, which will serve as Maxcess' central European production facility. This is a significant step in the company's growth, allowing it to relocate its existing facility and significantly increase its production capacity and employment - from 160 employees to up to 350.

This investment will allow for a more efficient operation and the location will provide access to state-of-the-art technology and transport links that will enable an even more innovative approach to products and services.

The new location in Łubów fits perfectly with our vision of growth and innovation. It offers an attractive and smart environment that will enhance our ability to develop new products and services, while benefiting from better transport links and a modern, light-filled workspace. With Łubów, we are becoming a leader in the development and production of cutting-edge technology products for both the European and global markets, exemplifying our global impact yet commitment to local development,  –comments Alexander Haid, General Manager for Maxcess Europe

A common direction for a sustainable future

The new facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that will enable Maxcess to continue to grow and produce even more advanced products. In addition, Panattoni plans to introduce environmentally friendly initiatives, including the installation of photovoltaic panels and green areas around the facility. The developer is also aiming for BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.

Once again, the BTS department allows us to create a plant of a very high ecological standard, becoming an important partner in the energy transition of global manufacturers. Our experience in this area is growing rapidly and is becoming another aspect of tailor-made, giving our partners a competitive advantage  – summarises Maciej Zawada, BTS Development Director at Panattoni.
