According to information provided by P3 Logistic Parks, currently more than 80 percent of the available space in the P3 Poznań park is already filled. Among the new tenants are Nagel Polska and Orbico.
Nagel Polska will occupy an office and warehouse with a total area of 14,000 sqm at the P3 Poznań park. Of that, 13,000 sqm will be used for warehouse purposes, while the remaining 700 sqm will be office space.
Orbico Poland, which is a distributor of more than 50 brands, including Vizir, Lenor, Pampers, Fairy, Oral-B, Braun and many others, has leased a total of more than 10,000 sqm of space. Of this, 9,650 sq.m. will be used for warehousing purposes and 450 sq.m. for office purposes.
„The addition of Nagel and Orbico to our tenant community is a great honor for us and proof that the P3 Poznań park is an attractive location for companies from various sectors. We are happy to be able to offer them modern, functional warehouse space and the support of our experienced team,” – claims Michał Śniadała, Senior Development Manager.
The facilities that will house the warehouses for both companies have received BREAM certification at the Excellent level, confirming their quality and environmental friendliness. Thanks to the use of panels with a PIR core, the warehouses are effectively insulated from the influence of external factors. In addition, the reinforced roof structure will enable the installation of photovoltaic panels in the future, which will contribute to the energy efficiency of the facilities. Meanwhile, the use of energy-efficient LED lighting with the DALI automatic control system and infrared technology in the bathrooms emphasizes the innovation of solutions related to environmental protection.
Park P3 Poznań is attracting interest from logistics companies. Its convenient location, proximity to the agglomeration and direct proximity to the A2 highway make it an inviting place for companies operating in the Polish and European markets. In addition to Nagel and Orbico, other well-known companies such as Westwing, Zaparoh, Clipper Logistics and Colian Logistic also operate in the P3 Poznań park.
Hillwood rozpoczął realizację swojej pierwszej inwestycji na poznańskim rynku. W ramach projektu Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń, deweloper wybuduje park logistyczno-magazynowy o łącznej powierzchni blisko 130 tys mkw. Obecnie trwają prace przy pierwszym etapie realizacji większego budynku. Zakończenie tego etapu planowane jest na koniec 2024 roku.
Panattoni will provide Raben, a full-service logistics company, with around 44,000 square metres of space. City Logistics Poznań III, the largest project in the sector, will be located within the city limits on Obodrzycka Street. This is another cooperation between the two companies in Wielkopolska this year.
Maxcess, a company specialising in innovative products and services for automated production line applications, is embarking on a new phase of its growth. The company has partnered with Panattoni to establish a new production facility in Łubów, Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.
