Segro and Gilog: A new era of cooperation on the Polish logistics market

Segro, the developer of warehouse and production facilities, has entered into a strategic partnership with the German logistics company Gilog. This development means Segro has selected Segro Park Wrocław, Bierutowska as Gilog's first location in Poland, where it plans to start operations as early as October 2023.

The place of the future for logistics and sustainability

Segro Park Wrocław, Bierutowska is a developing logistics park located in the north-eastern part of Wrocław, only 12 km from the city centre. One of the key advantages of this location is its connection to the exit route towards Warsaw and its proximity to the Wrocław ring road. Access to the park is also facilitated by transport links offered by Wrocław's public transport. Segro's logistics park is distinguished not only by the standard of its space, but also by its full commitment to the Responsible SEGRO programme, which defines SEGRO's standards of operation in the warehouse market, assuming a priority approach to sustainable development.
