Hillwood rozpoczął realizację swojej pierwszej inwestycji na poznańskim rynku. W ramach projektu Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń, deweloper wybuduje park logistyczno-magazynowy o łącznej powierzchni blisko 130 tys mkw. Obecnie trwają prace przy pierwszym etapie realizacji większego budynku. Zakończenie tego etapu planowane jest na koniec 2024 roku.

City Logistics Poznań III, the largest project in the sector, will be located within the city limits on Obodrzycka Street. This is another cooperation between the two companies in Wielkopolska this year.
Maxcess, a company specialising in innovative products and services for automated production line applications, is embarking on a new phase of its growth. The company has partnered with Panattoni to establish a new production facility in Łubów, Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.
