P3 Mszczonow is a modern distribution centre developed according to the highest standards of class A facilities. It comprises buildings totaling approx. 70,000 sq m of space. Most of the warehouse and office units were build in build-to-suit (BTS) system that meets special requirements of the client. Park’s warehouse space is flexibly adapted to meet the needs of logistics as well as light industry needs. The minimum unit size for rent is 3,600 sq m. Park has its own railroad siding.

P3 Mszczonow is located 45 km from south-west from Warsaw, approximately 40 mins ride from international Warsaw-Okecie Airport. It is situated close to national road no. 8 / European route E67 (Wroclaw-Warsaw-Bialystok) and has good access to A2 motorway (Warsaw-Lodz-Poznan) situated 18 km from the park by national road no. 50. In Mszczonow there are lines of public transport which enable convenient access to the logistics centre.
