Prologis Park Sochaczew is a modern logistics centre that comprise two buildings totaling over 100,000 sq m of warehouse and office space. The minimum unit size for rent is 3,500 sq m. There are plans for expansion up to ten buildings totaling 173,000 sq m of distribution space. Two facilities in the park are build-to-suit (BTS) investments designed to meet the specific needs of client. Special assets of the park are ample parking space as well as railroad sideway connected to international railway line from Berlin to Moscow.

Prologis Park Sochaczew is situated approximately 50 km West from Warsaw city centre. It is adjacent to national road no. 2 / European route E30 (Warsaw-Poznan). Park also has good access by national road no. 50 to A2 (Warsaw-Lodz-Poznan) motorway situated 17 km away.
