Hillwood Ozarow II is located in Ozarow Mazowiecki near Warsaw within the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone (Radom subzone). The park is adjacent to the national road no. 92 (Poznan-Warsaw) which enables good access to the nearby Konotopa road junction (A2 motorway / S8 and S2 expressways - the ringroad of Warsaw). Additionally, the location of logistics centre enables good access to the public transport.
