Hillwood Ozarow II is a logistics centre that comprises two modern warehouse facilities totalling approx. 29,000 sq m. The park is adapted to the needs of middle and big-sized tenants of various sectors, offering possibility of both logistics and light manufacturing.

Hillwood Ozarow II is located in Ozarow Mazowiecki near Warsaw within the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone (Radom subzone). The park is adjacent to the national road no. 92 (Poznan-Warsaw) which enables good access to the nearby Konotopa road junction (A2 motorway / S8 and S2 expressways - the ringroad of Warsaw). Additionally, the location of logistics centre enables good access to the public transport.
