Logistics Park Mszczonów is a distribution complex built to Class A standards. It consists of facilities with a total area of 74,345 sqm. The building also has a connecting covered rail platform along the southern elevation of building CAF nos. B4 and B5. In addition, the site includes ancillary facilities such as two water tanks with a pump station, a rainwater tank, an adjacent trailer workshop and boiler room, a pallet shed, a watchtower and a parking lot. There is also a fuel station outside the controlled access zone.
The 20 cm thick floors are made of steel-reinforced concrete (compared to 17 cm for standard logistics). As a result, the floors can support heavier racking columns (12 tons compared to 5 tons for standard logistics), and can also accommodate heavy machinery, allowing the facility to be converted for production needs.
Location
The logistics park at 30 Ługowa Street in Mszczonów is strategically located in central Poland, about 45 km southwest of Warsaw. It is located near key transportation routes, which provides excellent accessibility for road transport.
The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of national road No. 8 (European route E67), connecting Wroclaw, Warsaw and Bialystok, as well as near national road No. 50, allowing quick access to the A2 highway (Warsaw-Lodz-Poznan), about 18 km away. As a result, the park offers convenient logistical conditions for both domestic and international transport.
In addition, there is public transportation in the Mszczonów area, making it easier for employees to access the facility. Its proximity to Warsaw and major road arteries makes the location attractive to companies in the logistics and distribution sector.
