The Polish modern warehouse market in the first quarter of 2013 was stable. Total modern warehouse stock reached 7,600,000 sq m. Take-up in Q1 of 2013 was more than 375,000 sq m.
New lease agreements accounted for 48% of total take-up; lease extensions made up 35%, and lease expansions around 17%. As in previous years , take-up predominantly came from logistics operators and also companies from the automotive and electronics industry.
