The Polish modern warehouse market in 2013 showed signs of growth.
Although a decrease in warehouse completion by around 30% compared with the previous year was noticed, take-up hit a record 2,170,000 sq m, of which 42% was transacted in Q4 alone, a 44% rise compared with the previous year. The three largest transactions, totaling over 300,000 sq m in size were signed with one tenant, being Amazon, the American ecommerce giant.
