Modern warehouse take-up in the second quarter of 2014 exceeded 575,000 sq m which is 100,000 sq m more than that witnessed in Q1 2014. New lease agreements accounted for 53% of total take-up, lease renegotiations made up 41%, and lease expansions around 6%. As in previous years, take-up predominantly came from logistics operators as well as companies from the automotive, electronics and food sector.
