Most of the space was leased in the fourth quarter of 2017 - 1.59 million sq m, which is the highest ever recorded tenant activity in one quarter.

As in previous years, the largest demand came from logistics operators with a 31% share in the total lease transaction volume. Retailers (17%) and e-commerce companies (16%) were also highly active and dominated the list of the eleven largest lease transactions over 50,000 sq m.
