3LP SA, which specialises in the automated outsourcing of logistics services for entities in the e-commerce sector, has established cooperation with Focus Garden. The new partner's fulfillment services will be carried out in a 17,000 sq m hall located in Zgierz.

Partnership for e-commerce development

Focus Garden is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand specialising in the sale of a diverse range of furniture, architectural elements and garden accessories. By entering into a partnership with 3LP, the company will gain access to advanced warehousing technologies that will contribute to the optimisation of logistics processes and increase operational efficiency. 

The customer will also benefit from this cooperation. Increased warehouse space will enable the expansion of the product range and efficient processes will reduce lead times. This means that customers will be able to finalise their purchases more quickly and products will be more available, even during periods of increased demand associated with seasonal sales spikes or promotions. All this will certainly be reflected in a positive shopping experience for consumers.

The driving force behind fulfilment

 As part of the cooperation, a comprehensive e-commerce logistics service (fulfilment) was implemented. This consists of full control of returns and complaints, timely shipments, packaging with additional services and integration with major shipping companies.

Online shops often need to handle large volumes of orders in a short period of time, which requires efficient warehouse management that includes fast order receipt, picking and dispatch. In addition, a flexible approach to returns and complaints is essential. Complicated processes for handling returns should include quickly restoring products to availability. It is also critical for online shops to understand the unique needs of e-commerce and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
