Accolade is focusing its investment in Upper Silesia by investing in a new industrial park in Ruda Śląska. This initiative is an important step towards developing the region, creating new jobs and making Upper Silesia more attractive to businesses.
Warehouses in Upper Silesia
Accolade, with a view to further developing and expanding its portfolio, is embarking on an investment in a new industrial park in Upper Silesia. This new warehouse complex in Ruda Śląska will cover an area of 67,000 square metres, with an investment value of €55 million.
Optimum adaptation to customer needs
The park will be built on a 13.5 hectare site and will consist of two buildings.
In line with Accolade's long-standing commitment to high environmental standards, this development will also be BREEAM certified to at least Excellent. The park will also have the possibility of being customised to meet the individual needs of the client.
Vision of growth in the region with convenient location and supporting infrastructure
Accolade already has one warehouse park in Upper Silesia, located in Częstochowa. The decision to invest in another complex takes into account the strategic location and attractive features of this region, which will ensure the company's further growth and success in this market.
The location of this park is strategic. It is located just off the A4 motorway, providing a fast connection to Germany and cities in western Poland. In addition, its proximity to the Katowice-Pyrzowice international airport makes it even more attractive.
Upper Silesia is an extremely attractive market that has enjoyed a strong position in the warehouse sector from the very beginning of its development in Poland. We appreciate the enormous potential of this location, its infrastructure and rich human resources. These factors encourage companies to conduct and develop their operations precisely in this region. We believe that our investments will contribute to further development of this market, while offering tenants the best conditions for their businesses – said Jarek Wnuk, managing director of Accolade in Poland.
