„Our project will enrich the base of logistics space existing in the region, which has extremely high potential for development,” – Łukasz Komierowski, president of REDKOM Development, points out.
The development schedule for "Logistic Park Opole" calls for the facility to be completed and put into operation between 2024 and 2025. The warehouse space will amount to 22,865 sqm, and office and social space will cover 875 sqm, creating a total space of 23,740 sqm. The project is a response to the region's growing logistics needs. It will provide modern solutions for companies operating in the sector.
Location of the facility
The investment is distinguished by its location - its proximity to the city of Opole (10 km) and its strategic location in relation to cities such as Wroclaw, Katowice and Czestochowa (100 km). "Logistic Park Opole" will also be well connected to the A4 highway (30 km) and the A1 highway (70 km).
Ecology in warehouses
"Logistic Park Opole" will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, which will contribute to the use of solar energy. In addition, the development will also provide charging stations for electric vehicles. This is a conscious choice that reflects Redkom Development's commitment to green and sustainable solutions.
