7R, as a logistics real estate player in Poland, is a perfect fit with Nrep's values and sustainability ideas and visions. This acquisition not only expands Nrep's logistics portfolio, but also strengthens Logicenters' existing Northern European logistics branch. This strategic collaboration brings a combined logistics portfolio of more than 4.2 million square metres, encompassing a variety of assets and projects.
A Shared Vision for Development
The 7R platform remains under its existing brand name and the partners aim to accelerate the company's growth. The main objective is to strengthen 7R's position in the market. The partners are committed to accelerating the company's growth, building on the foundations of success already in place.
7R's experience includes 36 completed projects totaling 1.8 million square metres and plans for future projects totaling more than 2.3 million square metres.
The company serves a diverse range of clients, including logistics operators, e-commerce, pharmaceutical manufacturers and the automotive industry, providing solutions for a variety of sectors. 7R offers a variety of spaces, from large-scale facilities to customised warehouses.
