Euro-Net Sp. z o.o., represented by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, has signed a pre-let for 1,860 sq m of office and warehouse space at Prologis Park Poznań III, Prologis’ first Small Business Unit (SBU) project underway in Poznań.
Euro-Net Sp. z o.o., also known as RTV EURO AGD, is Poland’s first electronics and home appliances retailer offering a wide range of high-quality products at attractive prices in each store.
“Tenants are increasingly looking for smaller warehouse units with comfortable and flexible office spaces complementary to the traditional warehousing function. SBUs meet such requirements and support the operation of large distribution centres. We expect an increase in SBU lease transactions in the near future, fuelled, among other things, by the growth in online shopping” said Joanna Sinkiewicz, Partner, Head of Industrial Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
“Euro-Net will focus on cross-docking operations at its new facility to improve the speed of product deliveries to customers. Prologis Park Poznań III, which is now under construction, will feature a high number of docks, large truck yards and additional parking spaces, and will benefit from its proximity to the A2 motorway” said Maciej Szczepański, Business Development Manager, Industrial Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Prologis Park Poznań III is located on a 14-hectare plot on which modern warehouses, manufacturing facilities and offices providing a total of 57,500 sq m will be developed. It enjoys easy access to nearby public transportation lines. The logistics park is situated in Junikowo, a western district of Poznań, 6 km from the city centre and only 300 m from the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw).
