Pomeranian Logistics Centre is a modern park situated on a 110 ha plot, neigbouring Deepwater Terminal Container (DTC) in Gdansk. Centre will offer multi-functional class A facilities with warehouse, production and office space up to 500,000 sq m. There is a possibility of constructing warehouses in build-to-suit (BTS) system starting from 3,500 sq m, as well as providing a duty free zone. DTC is the deepest and ice-free container terminal in the South Baltic region and it is the only terminal in the Baltic Sea that enables direct connection with the main sea ports of Asia.

Pomeranian Logistics Centre is adjacent to Deepwater Terminal Container (DTC), 9 km from Gdansk’s city centre and 5 km from North Port which is a part of Gdansk’s sea port. Park is located 16 km from Tricity’s ringroad, the S6 expressway, 25 km from A1 motorway (Tricity-Lodz-Katowice) and 23 km from international Gdansk-Rebiechowo Airport.
