Pomeranian Logistics Centre is a modern park situated on a 110 ha plot, neigbouring Deepwater Terminal Container (DTC) in Gdansk. Centre will offer multi-functional class A facilities with warehouse, production and office space up to 500,000 sq m. There is a possibility of constructing warehouses in build-to-suit (BTS) system starting from 3,500 sq m, as well as providing a duty free zone. DTC is the deepest and ice-free container terminal in the South Baltic region and it is the only terminal in the Baltic Sea that enables direct connection with the main sea ports of Asia.
