Distribution Park Lodz is a project of a one A-class building designed for storage and light manufacturing. The warehouse part is a modern class A space, with access to the docks and “0” level entrance.

Distribution Park Lodz is situated in the eastern part of the city just 4 km from the inner centre with access to public transport, 30 km from the A2 motorway linking Berlin, Poznań and Warsaw, and just 6 km from the A1 motorway currently under construction. The perfect location in the heart of the country, and at the same time within city limits, makes for convenient connections with major urban centres, and provides access to a qualified labour pool.
