The Industrial and Logistics Agency of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has expanded again in the last few months. It is now the biggest in its history after Kamil Żach and Natalia Lipka joined it.

Kamil Żach has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Land Specialist. His duties will include acquisition and sale of development lands, review of real estate documents, cooperation with public administration, and building relations with real estate owners and investors. Kamil has many years of professional experience in acquisition of commercial and residential properties. He recently worked for Stokrotka as a Market Development Manager with responsibility for selecting locations, growth potential analyses, feasibility studies and negotiating lease or purchase terms. Kamil holds a master degree in European Studies of Warsaw University.

Natalia Lipka has been appointed a Land & Marketing Assistant in Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial and Logistics Agency. Natalia will be responsible for the ongoing support of the land and development site team and running marketing projects. She is a third-year student of Global Business Finance and Governance with a specialization in International Business at the Warsaw School of Economics.
