Stokrotka expands and invests in warehouses

Stokrotka was founded in Lublin in 1994. It now comprises over 900 stores throughout Poland and continues its fast-paced expansion into new locations. Stokrotka offers a vast array of consumer goods at attractive prices, with a special focus on fresh produce from local suppliers and its own branded products.

Modern amenities at Panattoni Park Białystok II

In Panattoni Park Białystok II, Stokrotka will occupy close to 6,700 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 200 sq m of office space.

Stokrotka’s presence in the Białystok warehouse market is testament to the huge investment potential of Eastern Poland, including the Podlasie region. Panattoni Park Białystok II comprises two warehouse buildings with a combined area of approximately 36,000 sq m. Each features modern loading docks, grade-level doors, large truck courts and spacious offices with customizable lay-outs. The park has been developed in accordance with sustainable construction standards and is compliant with the requirements of BREEAM “Very Good” certification. 

Investment potential of Bialystok and the development of the region

It is another successful completion for Panattoni in Podlasie which provided close to 80,000 sq m of industrial space.
