P3 Logistic Parks has announced its entry into the UK industrial and logistics property market with the acquisition of two assets from Segro.

Expansion into the UK market

This strategic initiative opens a new chapter in P3's development, consolidating its position as a provider of warehouse and logistics real estate in Europe.

By acquiring properties with a total area of 81,000 square metres in Crick and Kettering, P3 Logistic Parks is enabling itself to access strategically important locations. Both properties are located in an area known as the 'Golden Triangle', the heart of the UK logistics system, providing connectivity to major transport networks and key industrial centres in the UK.

An important event in the context of industrial real estate

This initiative is not only a step forward for P3 Logistic Parks, but also an important development in the UK industrial property market. P3's move into the UK reflects the company's strategic plans to expand into new markets and provide logistics property solutions for clients.

Ecological dimension of the investment

This transaction reflects the growing attractiveness of the logistics real estate market in terms of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria. Investors are increasingly paying attention to sustainable development and social commitment.

The acquired facilities, built after 2010, represent the latest class A standards. Their design takes into account the requirements of BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level, which shows P3's commitment to sustainable development and ecology.

These acquisitions are the good news that the market needs. It is clear evidence that investor appetite for assets in key locations with long-term growth prospects and in line with ESG criteria persists. Colliers was delighted to offer P3 this off-market opportunity and provide targeted advice during the expansion into the new site. – says Ed Plumley, Head of Capital Markets EMEA at Colliers.
