Ryszard has years of experience acquired in one of the biggest companies from service and media industry – Arvato Bertelsmann, where he was responsible for logistic, industrial and office project and property management.
In his career, he was responsible for investment projects, amon others for logistic and industrial properties - from defining the client's needs and preparing RFP (including detailed technical requirements), arranging layouts and negotiating lease agreements with developers, through coordination of design and formal works, to controlling construction and installation works and formal acceptance, as well as installation of equipment and launching a given project.
Ryszard graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology (Property Management) and Silesian University of Technology (Electronical Engineering).
He is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
