Katarzyna Misztal


Katarzyna is a Negotiator in Industrial & Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.

She is responsible for leasing warehouse and industrial space, as well as seeking and maintaining contact with new customers, tenants and developers. She prepares offers for clients in the Central Poland region and provides advisory at every stage of warehouse space lease process.  

Previously, she worked as a Department Assistant, managing administrative and financial matters and coordinating the workflow related to the lease and sale processes.

Katarzyna graduated in real estate management from the Warsaw School of Economics. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield she gained her experience in Neinver Polska, where she was an assistant to the CEE Executive Director and the Legal Department.

MLP Group expands logistics infrastructure in Łódź

The expansion of logistics infrastructure continues in the Łódź region with a new MLP Group project. MLP Business Park Łódź, is a new area offering more than 30,000 sqm of modern City Logistics space, including space for light manufacturing. The first facilities are planned for completion as early as the second half of 2024.

Hillwood expands its warehouse centre

Hillwood, has begun the expansion of its logistics park in Lodz Górna. This is a step towards providing warehouse space for businesses, increasing its availability by almost 42,000 square metres. The new hall is scheduled for completion in early 2024.
