Michal has over 15 years of professional experience in commercial real estate – he had been working for ten years at the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. Michal had also previously worked in VGP Poland where he was responsible for developing warehouse parks and also ran his private advisory business.

MonoSol builds new manufacturing facility in Katowice Special Economic Zone

Kuraray’s MonoSol Division today announced plans to further expand its operations with the construction of a new manufacturing facility in Poland. The new manufacturing plant will be located in Ujazd, in the Katowice Special Economic Zone. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield experts have advised on this project.
